Choose from a variety of fun, age-appropriate crafts, such as decorating a cardboard cake, creating crowns, and designing themed art. Crafts are designed to be simple and enjoyable for all, ensuring everyone can join in on the fun.

One week before the party, the Recreation Coordinator will reach out to discuss any specific themes or craft requests you may have to make this celebration uniquely yours.

Celebrate on the ice with our Skating Birthday Party Package! Enjoy 50 minutes of private ice time and a two-hour room rental in Canada Hall A or B for cake, gifts, and more. The hall will be ready with tables and chairs, and our team will handle set-up and clean-up so you can focus on having fun.

Parental supervision is required as no staff assistance is provided. To make your event even more special, feel free to bring your own decorations to personalize the party room.

The Recreation Coordinator will contact you one week before your event to confirm details and answer any additional questions. Get ready to lace up and enjoy a fantastic skating celebration!

Celebrate with action-packed fun in our Sports and Fun Birthday Party Package! Enjoy two hours of staff assistance, starting with one hour of exciting activities in the gymnasium and followed by an hour in the party room for cake, gifts, and party time.

Our team can lead a variety of gymnasium activities, including popular sports like floor hockey, basketball, volleyball, and soccer. We also offer fun games like parachute activities, musical chairs, and other favourties your child enjoy.

The Recreation Coordinator will contact you one week before the party to discuss any specific games or activities you'd like to include, ensuring the day is tailored to your preferences.

Optional Add-On: Bouldering Wall - Take the excitement to the next level with access to the bouldering wall (only available at the Ross Family Complex with this package). For added safety, an extra staff member is required at an additional fee of $56.60 including HST.

Rental Information

• Renters have 15 minutes before and after the scheduled party time for decorating and cleaning up.
• Tables and chair set-up and clean-up is included in each package.
• Access to kitchen space (including a fridge, freezer, oven or stove) is different at each facility. Please indicate specific needs during birthday party package request form.

Birthday Party Leader

• Our staff-to-child ratio is 1:12. If more than 12 children are in attendance, an additional staff member is required at a cost of $56.60.
• Staff-led party packages can accommodate up to 24 children.

Birthday party request forms must be submitted at least four weeks before your desired date to secure availability.

Requests submitted with less than four weeks' notice are welcome, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Party organizers are responsible for decorations, food, birthday cake, dishes and utensils.

Cancellations made more than two weeks before the party date will receive a full refund, minus a $20 administration fee.

Cancellations made within two weeks of the party date are non-refundable.

Please confirm the final number of participants and adults at least two weeks before the party date.

Yes, for staffed parties, any child actively participating in activities is included in the 1:12 staff-to-child ratio.

Yes, all participants are required to wear indoor shoes in the gym.
