June is Recreation and Parks Month

June is Recreation and Parks Month (JRPM) is a movement that promotes the benefits of recreation and parks for physical, social, and environmental health. East Gwillimbury (EG) and communities across Ontario have embraced JRPM to promote local events, parks, and facilities for everyone to enjoy!

JRPM celebrates and promotes the importance of Ontario's unique parks and recreation services. Parks and recreation play an essential role in individual, community, and environmental well-being.

This month, our Aquatics team is featuring:

  • Mini Instructional Swim Lessons – Short, focused sessions designed to strengthen skills, improve technique, and boost confidence in the water.

  • Family Private Lessons – A personalized learning experience where families can work together toward their swimming goals with customized instruction.

  • Specialty Aquatics Drop-In Programs (Coming Soon!) – Engaging, themed, and skill-based drop-in opportunities designed to keep swimmers active and having fun.

Celebrate Parks & Rec Month with us by making waves, building skills, and creating lasting memories in the water!
