We offer a wide range of staffed and unstaffed facilities throughout East Gwillimbury (EG) to host your meetings, special events, programs, and other gatherings. Each facility is unique to its community and offers a long list of amenities, including Electronic Vehicle (EV) charging stations at our staffed facilities.

Before You Book
Before you book, please review the important information below:
- Facilities are not equipped for cooking with grease – boiling water only. The only exception is, The Mount Albert Lions Community Centre, The North Union Community Center, The York Trillium Room Kitchen (upstairs) and The Ross Family Complex
- A rental deposit of $119.80 or $508.90 will apply to all rentals, based on the type of rental
- All non resident rentals are subject to a $20 charge
- Facilities do not include buffet or head tables, gift tables, or dance floors. We do not provide tea kettles, coffee urns, dishes, and utensils at our facilities
- All alcohol-licensed functions must follow the Town of East Gwillimbury Municipal Alcohol Policy

Temporary Warming and Cooling Centres
When a heat warning or a cold weather alert is in effect, East Gwillimbury has facilities and amenities for you to visit to shelter from extreme weather conditions. You can visit any of these locations below during regular facility hours of operation:
- Civic Centre, (19000 Leslie Street)
- East Gwillimbury Sports Complex, (1914B Mount Albert Road)
- Health and Active Living Plaza (160 Jim Mortson Drive)
- Holland Landing branch, (19513 Yonge Street)
- Mount Albert branch, (19300 Centre Street)
- Ross Family Complex, (19300 Centre Street)

Harvest Hills Activity Centre
Harvest Hills Activity Centre (HHAC) connects to the Phoebe Gilman Public School. We share the school's gymnasium facility for programming during the summer months. We offer fitness programs, cultural activities, and youth camps during the summer months with the support of the community.

The Sharon Temperance Hall
The Sharon Temperance Hall is managed and operated by the Sharon Temple Museum. For information on booking an event please contact the Sharon Temple Museum at 905-478-2389.
