Planning and Development
The primary role of the Town's Planning branch is to regulate land-use development under the Planning Act and help shape land use policies and guidelines for the Town of East Gwillimbury (EG). Working together with landowners, residents, key stakeholders and external agencies, EG works toward the vision of a complete, healthy and sustainable community.
