Unstaffed facilities must be booked for 3 hours minimum. The additional hourly rate will be added on top of the 3 hour rate for rentals longer than 3 hours.
- All fees are subject to 13% HST
- A rental deposit of $119.80 or $508.90 will apply to all rentals, based on the type of rental.
- All non resident rentals are subject to a $20 charge
- The 12 hour rate is for statutory holiday rentals only and must be booked for 12 hours minimum. This includes New Year's Eve*
- Hall capacities differ depending on layout of the room
