The City of Thunder Bay’s School Crossing Guards have ensured safe crossing for children walking to and from school since 1947. Crossing Guards work in all weather conditions to keep children safe, and maintain an outstanding safety record.

The City of Thunder Bay is currently looking for friendly, positive individuals who enjoy children and the outdoors and have a desire to make a difference in children's lives but also want a job that fits their own lifestyle. You must be able to pass a work fitness test and vision test and be able to obtain a Police Record Check - Type 3 Vulnerable Sector.
