Data collected through the Passport Parking app is used in non-identifying ways. This means your personal information is kept confidential and is not shared. The data is used to understand overall parking patterns and help City Council make informed decisions.

The Passport Parking App is also used to issue tickets and manage fines – this is the only time the City uses personal information collected in the app, and it is never shared.
