All campground reservations are subject to a $5 non-refundable Reservation Fee

Reservations are accepted up until 8:00 pm on the day of arrival.

Changes and cancellations can be made at any time after the reservation has been created.

Once a reservation has been confirmed, changes and cancellations may be subject to applicable fees and penalties.

If you need to CHANGE your reservation

• If you created your reservation online, go to our online booking system and log into your account or call the campground during business hours to make changes:
  • Chippewa Park 807-623-3912
  • Trowbridge Falls 807-683-6661
• There is no fee to make updates to the information in your booking (eg: booking holder, equipment, party size).
• No change fee will be charged to extend your stay on the same site, only the cost of the nights added will be charged.
• Changes to dates that shorten your stay or delay your arrival made within 7 days to 48 hours of your original arrival date will be subject to a $5 Change Fee plus fees for the first night of camping.
• Changes to dates that shorten your stay or delay your arrival made within 48 hours of your original arrival forfeit all fees related to the cancelled or delayed nights.
• Changes can be made up until you have checked-in at the park or your reservation has been deemed a “no-show”.
  • A booking is considered to be “no-show” if the camper does not arrive by 8 pm (EST) on the scheduled day of arrival.
  • If you are deemed a “no-show”, any remaining days in your reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
• Changing parks is not permitted without authorization from Parks Management.

Cancellation penalties are determined based on when your booking is being cancelled relative to your scheduled arrival date. The closer the cancellation date is to the arrival date, the greater the cancellation penalty.
