We offer services to help keep our city a healthy and safe place to live, work and play for all residents and visitors.

Fire Rescue and Superior North Emergency Medical Services provide the City and region with highly trained emergency service.

We have emergency plans in place in case of a major event, including our COVID-19 Severe Weather Response Plan.

Day-to-day our crossing guards provide safety on the roads, while the Thunder Bay Police Service serve and protect our community.
